I have had for 6 weeks now. poor refrigerator design. only 3 brackets for shelf options. cannot put anything in front of vents on all 3 shelves or it freezes. if i lower the temp by one "snowflake' ( snow flakes instead of numeric temp) the refrigerator drips water. even with the moisture button selected. the freezer doesn't make much ice unless you lower the refrigerator temp!! there is frost build up on the freezer drawers and it does not allow top freezer drawer to slide freely. over all we are very disappointed in this whirlpool product that cost nearly $2,000.

I am happy with the fridge. I find there is limited room for larger items like milk/juice which I didn't realize. The door for sauces is also very limited in comparison to a single door fridge. The freezer is small due to the siding drawers and doesn't fit very much we have decided not to use the ice function so we get a bit more freezer space using the ice box. I do absolutely love the look of the fridge and the stainless black is 10 stars I just wish it suited my needs a bit better.

I bought this 2 months ago and am not really happy with it. That is on me though because it was an impulse purchase because 1) it was black to match my other appliances and 2) it was in stock and we needed it right away as our refrigerator has died. I thought it was similar to my old Kitchen Aid but the shelving arrangement does not give me as much leeway with arranging for different heights of products such as tall cakes and bottles. Also do not like the double doors. If you open the left hand door you also have to open the right hand door to properly close the door. Also have to move around the doors to put something on a cupboard top. One door would have been much more convenient for me. 90% of the time both doors are open which defeats the whole idea of only having to open one

We wanted a larger unit since we are cooking more at home-and this fits the bill. Visibility of items is good- adaptability of shelf is a nice touch. I had one tray pop down off track- not sure what happened there. I wish the plastic trays didn't bow as much and would keep a tighter control on its airflow/moisture. Although all the glass and plastic allow that light through and allows for that roomy look- I can't help but feel it takes a bite into that storage space.

I bought this fridge in February of this year. It came with mono foam sticking out of the trim on the top panel Of the fridge. The compressor makes a buzzing noise like it™€™s going to stop working. The drawer falls of the guards. We have not been offered to have the fridge replaced, which is the only option I would be satisfied with.

Great fridge adjusting on how to store items

I went from a 'traditional' refrigerator, that is a top freezer and one door to the fridge. Fridge - I love the area to store items in the door. The biggest adjustment is the short height in between the shelves. They have made one shelf split so taller items can sit there, but that's it. Any other tall items will need to be put on their side or in the door. The crisper drawers are nice and I like the full shallow drawer for cheeses and similar items. Freezer - The freezer has a top drawer where the ice container sits. This is nice for smaller items that you use frequently. The bottom is 2 large areas. Because of this, I'll be looking for 2 freezer bins for each side that are stackable. Otherwise, it could be awkward to find items a food deep. I have the black stainless steel which is new to me. It's awesome! I wish they offered all their products in this finish.

Thank you for requesting I rate and review of my recent purchase. My issue is that I bought a whirlpool refrigerator on line because ours went out while we were not able to go shopping due to my husband™€™s health. The frig was delivered on July 25th. I called for service because the right door was not aligned and did not seem to close correctly. Also, there was a squeak on the door. The service tech came on July 29th. He said there was nothing he could do because the frig was poorly built and claimed that the floor was not even. We never heard of having uneven floor with other previously owned refrigerators. He said all he could do was raise the frig to align it and adjust a hinge on top of the door to stop the squeak . Madam or sir, those so called solutions did not make any sense. I called to report what tech said and what he did. Hope, the lady who took second my report, agreed that did not make sense and put in an order for a second service visit. I also informed Hope that the right side was not cooling properly making me believe it had to do with door not aligned correctly. Unfortunately, on July 31st, they sent the same tech. Again, he insisted that only an alignment would fix the problem. I said that was not acceptable. So he lowered it back down. He proceeded to use a meat thermometer to try and persuade me the refrigerator was cooling properly and claimed there was nothing more he needed to do. That concerned me and I threw out the juice and pickles he had put the thermometer into. He called his supervisor to report his findings and claimed the supervisor agreed with him. At this point, I believe a third call to whirlpool will be of no avail. The door squeaks again and is not aligned. So basically nothing was resolved. Now the solution would be, they bring me a new refrigerator that is of the quality I paid for. If not, I want a full refund so I can go shopping and be able to visually see and inspect what I™€™m buying. In closing, I™€™m confident whomever reads this review will take action and I hear back soon. Thank you in advance.

Junk. Do not Buy!

Purchased two months ago. Broke after two weeks. Needs new compressor. Compressor on back order. Under warranty, but I am without a refrigerator and Whirlpool insists on trying to find a compressor. Repair will cost them $1500. And the refrigerator was only 1800.00. Makes no sense and I am tired of dealing with this issue. Please, write off refrigerator and keep a customer happy.

French Door fridge

Love the colour and the french doors, shelves could use more options of space between them then what is there now. There was plastic covering the whole unit we had to take off, but it went under the handles as well, and we have to take them off to get rid of oll the plastic, but don't have a hex key. I found it odd that a key was in package to level the doors, but not a hex key to get rid of the protective plastic.

It works really good. I like the pull down and movable door shelves. There could be more options for the interior shelves to accommodate different heights of drinks bottles and other common refrigerator items. With the additional produce and meet drawers (which are great), it does reduce the available space on the shelves.

we lost 2 freezers and refrigetator contents right afwards we bought it, Home depot would do nothing and yall did not replace our food.. Not sure I woild buy again WOULD NOT BUTY FROM HOME DEPOT PERIOD. tERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fridge doors don't accommodate items as well as older model. It would be nice to be able to remove pulldown self and use as a regular shelf in left side door. Nice and quiet the older model was very noisy. It would be nice to have no icemaker if not needed but the bin is useful to organize items in the freezer.

Love the look, have issues though

I bought the fridge in January and after a few drawbacks due to being back ordered, received it in April. From the get go the ice maker seemed loud and would stop working intermittently. After 2 months of use the ice maker completely stopped working and water filled and froze to the bottom of the freezer and drained onto the floor out the front of the fridge. We shut off the ice maker and are still waiting on a repair to be complete that was started 2 weeks ago. I would love this fridge if it worked properly. Looks great, great size and normally love the brand.

Black Stainless Refrigerator

Refrigerator is great except for the ice maker. We had to have the repair guy out twice to get it working to full capacity. He finally replaced the metal arm and now it works great! I'm also missing a door compartment for my butter. I love the black stainless finish. It definitely cuts down on finger prints.
