Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Great Features, and love the color

CleoSAuthor 3/6/2026

I purchased this about a month ago, along with the washer, and so far so good. I chose Maytag because at our last home we purchased our front load washer and dryer from Maytag in 2006 and we moved in 2024 and they were still working. This pair seems smaller but they are the same size. It may be the footprint is small. This isn't our forever home, but we needed new appliances, and these are a great investment for when we sell our home. As far as the features, they are fantastic. The dial on the from it better than all the bottoms on some models. These are very easy to use. Lots of choices in setting as well.

Customer service needs HELP

AshleyHum 12/1/2025

Giving 1 star for customer service. Canceled through Maytag directly and reordered through Lowe™€™s whose customer service was fantastic. So far I love the product but I dread the day I may have to contact Maytag for anything.

Good value

TCA1 8/22/2025

I™€™ve only have had the dryer for a month and am happy with it so far. I like the various drying options and the only negative thing about the dryer is the very quiet buzzer letting you know the cycle is finished, even when it™€™s set on the highest volume level.

Terrible Customer Service. Horrible.

Dawgwoman 7/14/2025

I bought this dryer to replace one that was destroyed in an F3 tornado. It worked perfectly for one whole week. Since then, it will not heat up. The controls do not function properly.. I will set the controls, according to the display, but then the dryer acts completely random. I can set the controls as I want, but the dryer does it's own thing. I have tried numerous times to contact Maytag, but I get caught in an endless cycle of phone confusion. I have tried email, texting, Facebook, phone calls, but I get NO RESPONSE. I have been on lengthy hold, until I hang up in frustration. I purchased this dryer from Lowe's, and even they can't help me

Would be good if it had heat

richurbn 4/7/2025

We got this as a open box item at a Best Buy Outlet. It arrived and was installed professionally. When tested to dry laundry, we found that there was no heat. It also has no light inside, which we thought was standard these days. Basically, it was useless and we had to have it replaced with a brand new gas dryer.

Becareful! they are sending out defective units

roro707 1/8/2025

I received the dryer and it was defective. I did not receive a dryer in working condition and then maytag's customer service says it cant be returned or exchanged because it was installed. How is one suppose to know it is defective unless you install it and actually use it? I notified maytag within 10 days of receiving it about the defective dryer. They did offer to send a repair person. but i dont want a repaired dryer, I want a new dryer which I paid for. One that should be in working condition

We needed to find a new reliable and fast-drying machine after our older machine kicked the bucket (after 10+ years) and here we are. Arrived quickly and the lifetime warranty was reasonably priced.

Went with Maytag brand name

Happyboy 11/12/2024

So far our Maytag dryer is working fine. The lint removal screen is very easy to access. Many of the clothes are dry before the scheduled time is up. I have not tried all of the features, but I assume they will also work as advertised.

Delivered Defective

ShawnWrites 7/29/2023

I bought a dryer from Best Buy. It was delivered defective. That was there weeks ago. They came yesterday to deliver a new one, and before they even brought it to my apartment, I inspected it, and it was also damaged. What is going on? Can Maytag please just send me a dryer that isn't busted up?

Starting rattling inside after a week.

Bryan228 4/13/2023

It dries nicely and was quiet. Installed it along with the matching washer underneath on a Thursday and the following Thursday it started rattling inside like a piece of sheet metal is loose. Still works but since it™€™s in the kitchen it is quite annoying.

Ryan220 2/21/2023

I bought this 2 months ago after my previous Maytag lasted only 4 years. Spin cycle seems to be loud and component quality seems worse than the previous purchase 4 years ago. It™€™ll probably be fine but I™€™m definitely not super impressed.
