The product was packaged properly except for some glue that dripped on top of the glass top. Quality and price was great. I did not find a manual for operating the stove and setting the clock other than that I would recommend to friends and family.

I had it for 2 years, after the first year the extended burner would stay on high no matter what setting I put it on. 2 weeks ago the oven control board stopped working. For the price the oven should last more than 2 years. I loved it when it actually worked. 😞

Upon using this oven for the first time, I was baking the food item. When it was done I could not cut the oven off. I pushed the "cancel" button because I didn't see an "Off" button to mash. The "cancel" button made no sound at all. I called the store that I purchased it from and inquired about how to turn the oven off. I told them that I had went on the website to read the "Owners Manuel" but it did not explain how to cut the oven off!!! HOW DO YOU CUT THE OVEN FUNCTION OFF WHEN FINISHED BAKING??????!!!!!!!

This is my first time using a glass top stove and everything heats up really fast. I love the extra large burner that can be made smaller, it™€™s so perfect for my large cast iron. The only complaint I have is that every little smudge or crumb shows up. I™€™ll wipe it down and by the time it dries I see streaks. It™€™s pretty frustrating. I™€™m hoping there™€™s just a learning curve and I™€™ll figure out the secret. lol oh I also don™€™t like how easy it is if pans get slid that it makes a gritty noise. But it honestly is a great stove for cooking and baking. I would give it 5, but the noise and smudging would have me reconsidering if I were the one making the next purchase and I feel like buyers should know in case these are things that™€™d bother them.

Just a couple of weeks into owning this and for the most part I am happy with the purchase. I like the feature allowing one of the burners to be both a small and large size burner. It allows you to choose the size requirement with one control by using the same control knob. My only complaint would be the storage compartment is a little hard to get on track if you fully remove it.

The GE electric range exceeds expectations. First it looks great in our kitchen making it look so neat and updated. The preheat is faster than we expected. I love the steam clean option compared to old 5 hour self clean oven. Cooks accurately, easy to wipe off smooth top surface. The price was affordable, on sale and free delivery and installation. We purchased the 3 year warranty to add to the 1 year warranty. The dashboard is easy to use just what I needed. The customer service at Lowe™€™s were so helpful in deciding what I needed and looking for in a new range. We are very satisfied and happy to recommend this range. This stove came with my tiny home March 2026 and it looks nice and so far does a great job except.... The display light immediately became dim on the right side and the oven does not go above 450 degrees. Not sure I want to deal with these issues so I haven't done anything yet. The cooktop burners and oven size are great, controls are very easy to understand and use. I haven't needed to clean the oven yet so I can't comment on that. I give it 4 out of 5 stars so far.

Bought this online from Lowe's. I don't recommend buying on line, go in and see in person. that was my biggest mistake. The vents to the oven are in front above the oven door which is terrible because it gets really hot using the oven and using a burner at h same time. Especially in the Texas summer heat. I loved my old GE electric stove, that last over 20 years. the vent was in the back, the ceramic top was great and cleaned well. New stove has a Glass top that sucks as some pans leave marks and heaven forbid if pasta water boils over. Takes a while to clean up. Oh and to boil water, takes forever. We get water hot in the electric tea kettle first then pour into pot to continue to boil on the stove. please don't make the mistake I did. I've had mine a year now and I am not thrilled with it.

We needed a basic, stainless steel oven with a cooktop (4 burners) to replace our very old (25 year-old) stove which stopped working after a power surge. Everything works as expected. The only negative observation we have is the slightly clunky storage tray underneath the oven. The track could be much smoother and an easy to reach handle would be more convenient.

First one that was delivered was defective under oven, top of broiler. It was replaced the following day with one that was in tact. I purchased this range to replace a piece of JUNK that went completely haywire after 16 months of use exceedingly low amount of use. Now that I have this GE stove I realize just how BAD the JUNK was! (GE won't allow me to say the name brand of the "JUNK"). This GE elements are consistent with the heat I set it to. The oven heats evenly opposed to the JUNK that burned food in the back and under cooked food towards the front of the oven. I wanted NO BELLS an WHISTLES with this purchase, less to go wrong! Though it is "simple" it does what I need it to and those bells and whistles are NOT missed! All features on the dash are straightforward such as the clock, so simple no manual is needed to set clock or run oven. The print is large enough that I don't need my glasses to read the knobs or dash / panel. The "glass top" has some kind of mesh texture; not yet sure if this makes cleaning easier or better. Oven has a steam clean that I likely won't use due to fear of damaging the stove with high heat: suggested NOT to use self clean by several appliance repair tech's. Capacity is what I'm used to; can get a turkey in the oven if need be. ---CON's: This unit is overpriced by about $200 for the quality of materials used to make it! But what isn't these days 2026! I dislike the broiler drawer, exceedingly flimsy in metal material, the pulling and pushing of the drawer etc. in every way flimsy; not a deal breaker for me as I don't use it. Don't care for the face under the panel / dash, appears very "cheap" and flimsy. 1 star knocked off due to the appearance of being "cheap" - it can be cheap without looking cheap! NONE of the CON's are a deal breaker for me, providing it works for a healthy amount of time I will be a happy camper. RECOMMEND

So far, I love it. The only problem is all the safety features like---the oven shuts off after the door is opened. I use the heat from the oven to warm my kitchen, now I can't. I have no other heat source in my living room or kitchen.
